Transparency Registered Professional Nurse Services P.C. was founded by a seasoned registered nurse with over a decade of clinical and travel experience. After witnessing firsthand the challenges both healthcare facilities and nurses face, our founder set out to create a staffing agency rooted in integrity, compassion, and transparency.
What began as one nurse’s vision to deliver better support for both caregivers and healthcare institutions has evolved into a trusted partner for hospitals across New York State and beyond.

Calvin Thomas, RN
With more than 10 years of experience across med-surg, telemetry, and travel nursing assignments, Calvin understands both the bedside and boardroom. His firsthand experience fuels his passion for building a better bridge between hospitals and the nurses they depend on.
